I would like to let you know a little bit more about the structure of the online training. There are currently 6 classes for you to choose from to complete your 12 hours of continuing education. Each class is 2 hours long. You can complete the classes at your own pace. If you only have an hour a day to watch the videos that's fine. We can save your spot, so you can pick up right where you left off in the video.

Once you register for the online training an email will be sent to you with the log in instructions. Registration is simple all you need to do is follow the link for 12 Hours of Real Estate Continuing Education Delivered Through Our Online Training System ($100.00)* and enter your payment and registration information. Once your ready to start the video just follow the link in the email.

Listed bellow are the classes that are available. The state of Massachusetts requires that all Real Estate Licensees take 12 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. You can take all 12 hours if you need to or take as many hours as needed to fufill the state requirement. You have 2 months from the date that you registared to complete the classes. We will be keeping track of how many classes you complete, so you do not have to retake all 6 classes.
